Got Questions?

Let's get you sorted.

Everything you need to know about the Hospitalogy AI Retreat.

About the Event
This event is designed for senior executives from hospitals, health systems, and high-volume care delivery organizations.

C-suite executives, VPs, and directors who own strategy, budget, or implementation across clinical operations, RCM, digital transformation, value-based care, or population health should apply.
Most healthcare conferences are passive. You sit in sessions, walk an exhibit floor, collect business cards. This retreat is the opposite. It's small (100 seats), application-based, and built around active participation: intimate roundtables, curated 1:1 meetings, and shared experiences.
Attendance is free for qualified hosted attendees. Your travel, hotel accommodations, breakfast and lunches, welcome reception, activities, and closing night party are all covered. Some dinners are on your own. See the event terms + conditions for a comprehensive list of what's included.
You'll be in a room with 100 senior healthcare leaders: C-suite executives, VPs, and directors from hospitals, health systems, and provider organizations across the country. Everyone is application-based. The room is curated.

Phoenix in November is beautiful. Expect highs in the mid-70s and clear skies. Pack business casual for sessions, activewear for morning activities, and something a little nicer for evening events. Comfortable shoes for outdoor activities are a must.
Hosted Attendee Program
The retreat runs on a double opt-in meeting model. Our vetted partners review attendee profiles and invite the people whose priorities align with their solutions. You review those invitations and accept the ones that interest you. Meetings are 20 minutes each and scheduled across two days – roughly 2 hours total. These aren't sales pitches. They're working conversations built around your biggest challenges.
If you have unfilled slots after reviewing partner invitations, our team will suggest meetings based on your priorities and challenges.
Each application is individual. If a colleague is also a senior decision-maker who fits the attendee profile, we encourage them to apply! We can't guarantee both will be accepted, but we'll do our best to accommodate teams where it makes sense for the room. You can also nominate a peer directly. Submit a nomination here →
Completing your required meetings is part of the hosted buyer agreement and a condition of your travel reimbursement. Skipping a meeting may result in reduced or forfeited reimbursement. Please see the event terms + conditions for more details.
Click "Apply Now" anywhere on this site to submit your application. You'll share a bit about your role, organization, and the priorities you're currently focused on. Our team reviews every application to ensure the right fit for the room.
Within 1-2 weeks
If / when all 65 seats fill up, we will activate a waitlist. You'll have an opportunity to indicate interest in joining the waitlist during the application process.
Please notify our team as early as possible. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may affect your travel reimbursement eligibility. Please read the event terms + conditions carefully.
We strongly encourage attending the full retreat. The experience is cumulative and the relationships build over all three days. If you have a genuine conflict, reach out before the event and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
You'll have the opportunity to share dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and any other special requirements during the registration process after you're accepted. We take these seriously and do our best to accommodate everyone.
Content & Speakers
The retreat is organized around the topics driving transformation in healthcare right now: AI-enabled clinical and operational workflows, autonomous systems, RCM and financial performance, value-based care strategy, payor-provider dynamics, and the future of care delivery. The emphasis is on AI as an operational reality.
Speakers will be announced closer to the event. Expect a mix of health system executives, innovators, and Blake Madden, founder of Hospitalogy.
Yes! Nominate a speaker (or yourself) here. We'll review and reach out if it feels like a strong fit.
Roundtable topics are shaped by the attendee applications. We look at what this specific group of leaders is working on and build sessions around those shared priorities. Topics are announced closer to the event once the attendee cohort is set.
No. The Hospitalogy AI Retreat will follow Chatham House Rules. The ideas can leave the room, but the sources cannot.
Activities
No. Activities are optional and designed around choice. Pick what calls to you, skip what doesn't. Just remember, some of the best connections happen during the activities.
The activity list will be available no later than August 30, 2026.
Every activity category includes options for different energy levels and physical abilities. We'll always have low-impact choices available. If you have specific concerns, let us know during registration and we'll make sure you're set up for a great experience.
Private dinners are curated, invite-only experiences hosted by our partners. Both you and the host agree to the connection. Not every attendee will be invited to every dinner, and some evenings are free for you to explore Phoenix on your own.
