Your travel and stay
are covered.
The Hospitalogy AI Retreat is a hosted attendee event. Your travel, accommodations, and most meals are taken care of.

Here's how it works.
The retreat runs on a hosted attendee model. Your attendance is covered by our partners, who want to connect with senior healthcare decision-makers through structured, double opt-in meetings.
The whole thing is designed to feel less like a conference and more like the best work trip you've ever taken.
Apply and get accepted
Our team reviews every applicant to ensure the right fit for the room.
Tell us what you're working on
Before the event, you'll share the biggest priorities and challenges you're facing today. This helps us build your personalized agenda.
Review your invitations
Our partners invite the attendees they want to meet. You'll receive those invitations and decide who you want to connect with. We ask that you engage in six activities with sponsors across the three days, including meetings, roundtables, and dinners.
Accept your matches
Accept invitations to fill your required meeting slots. For any unfilled slots, our team will suggest meetings that might be of interest.
Show up ready to go deep
These aren't sales pitches. They're 20-minute working sessions for you to go deep on the challenges you're facing, with partners who've built solutions around them.

How reimbursements work: To qualify, attend the full event, complete your required meetings, and participate in activities — including private dinners and roundtable sessions. Everything on the agenda is designed to foster meaningful peer exchange beyond what you'd find at a traditional conference. Reimbursements are processed after the event concludes. For more information, read the event terms + conditions.
The meetings are
on your terms.
The meetings are the exchange, but they're designed to feel like a solutioning session, not a sales pitch. Here's what that actually looks like.
You apply and get accepted
Attendance is application-based. Our team curates the room carefully, which means every person you meet was also vetted.
Our partners reach out
Our partners review attendee profiles and invite the people whose priorities align with their solutions. You're not assigned. You're invited.
You choose who you meet
Accept the invitations that interest you. Decline the ones that don't. We ask that you engage in 6 activities with solution providers across three days, including meetings, roundtables, and dinners. Our team fills any remaining slots with suggestions based on your priorities.
Meetings are focused by design
Each 1:1 meeting is 20 minutes. The goal is to go deeper into the biggest challenges you're facing with partners who've built solutions around exactly those problems.
We've heard the skeptics.
